Anton Cut & Loop Wool Rugs
Crafted from 100% wool, Anton combines a cut-and-loop pile with softly speckled yarn to create a surface rich in tonal texture. Subtle variations across the weave give the rug depth without pattern.
Cut and loop means exactly that: some yarn ends are cut and stand free, others stay looped. The two heights catch light differently, so the surface shifts as you move around it, and at 15mm the pile is deep enough to feel genuinely plush underfoot rather than merely textured.
The speckled yarn does practical work alongside the visual. Tonal flecks through the wool disguise everyday marks in a way a flat, single-tone rug cannot, which makes Anton more forgiving in a busy room than its softness suggests.
Wool underpins all of it, resisting soiling, recovering from compression and holding colour with depth. A cotton backing adds stability underfoot.
Available in ash and sand, two restrained neutrals that work as a foundation layer. Suited to bedrooms, dining rooms and entry hallways.
