Shipping policy

 

We offer free shipping for all online orders over $100 from our website and a $10 flat rate for orders under $100.

All Weave Home rugs incur a standard delivery fee of $20.

Standard delivery is 2-5 business days. Delivery to addresses in regional New Zealand may take a little longer.

Our warehouses may close over major holiday periods. Please consult our Frequently Asked Questions for seasonal updates that may impact order packing and dispatch times.

For orders received before 2 pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch the next day. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.

We aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible, however, there may be times where we are unable to ship all items within the same delivery. Please check your dispatch e-mail for information about whether items will be dispatched together, or separately.

Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any third party courier or freight company delivery delays.
