Bamboo Silk Rugs

Bamboo silk rugs offer a smooth, lustrous finish that enhances light and colour within a space. The fibre is regenerated from bamboo and spun fine, producing a surface that catches light in the way silk does, with colour appearing to shift as you move around the room.

Like other lustrous fibres, bamboo silk trades resilience for softness. These rugs are best suited to low-traffic areas where the surface is admired rather than worked hard, and they respond to gentle, regular care rather than heavy cleaning.

In this collection bamboo silk is blended with wool, which gives the rug body and helps it hold its shape while the bamboo silk carries the sheen and the hand feel.
