New Zealand Wool Duvet Inners
These duvet inners are filled with 350gsm pure New Zealand wool and encased in plain, premium Japara cotton, a tightly woven cotton that holds the fill in place while staying breathable.
Wool fill behaves differently to down or synthetic alternatives. It absorbs and releases moisture through the night, which moderates temperature rather than simply trapping heat, so a wool inner stays comfortable across a wider range of conditions than a synthetic of equivalent weight.
It also holds its structure. Synthetic fills clump and flatten with use, and down needs regular shaking to redistribute; wool holds loft evenly through the casing, so the inner keeps its warmth where it is needed rather than migrating to the edges.
At 350gsm these sit as a genuine all-season weight rather than a summer or winter specific option, which suits most Australian and New Zealand bedrooms without needing a second inner stored away half the year.
Locally made, and designed to sit under the Weave bed linen range and last across seasons rather than being changed out between them.
