Use warm water. Do not soak the area. Do not use soap or detergents. If stain remains, contact a professional rug cleaner. Do not scrub the fibres. Vacuum regularly with low suction. Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate to ensure even wear. Use professional rug cleaners only who have experience with the fibre composition. Shedding from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time, Due to the handcrafted nature of rugs, variations in size and colour may occur between samples and goods received.

We recommend treating spots and spills immediately with warm water and paper towel. If the stain persists, contact a professional rug cleaner as soon as possible. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage.
